C Hand Solutions is led by Craig Hand (he/him)

Craig has been working with Macs since setting up dial-up modems to earn money as a teenager, and is now a recognised expert in Apple Enterprise Management (e.g. Jamf Pro), and Identity and Access Management (e.g. Okta, Azure AD). He has a deep understanding of how people use Apple devices and IT, from musicians to ethical hackers, to CEOs. Craig also has a breadth of experience working with single sign-on and administration for business systems from Atlassian products to Zoom.

He has worked with a wide range of organisations and sectors over his career, from running his own business to working for Apple itself. His experience spans the information security, pharmaceutical and creative industries, with recent consultancy work including enterprise Mac deployments for a multi-national law firm, and a well-known media group launching a Europe-wide streaming service. 

Craig is always keen to find opportunities to improve processes and technologies whenever he starts a new role or project, aiming to automate tasks and improve user experience where possible. His background in support services has also made him skilled at troubleshooting and an excellent communicator with customers, colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors at all levels. He is accustomed to working closely with teams across multiple time zones, particularly Silicon Valley and Belfast’s burgeoning tech industry.

While being a veteran Mac user specialising in MDM with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, Craig has embraced 'the new Microsoft', working extensively with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, InTune Endpoint, Microsoft Server, and other Microsoft Azure and on-prem services. In addition to Azure AD, he also has significant experience with Okta and SAML for single sign-on and user lifecycle management. 

Craig’s additional professional experience includes deploying Mac and Windows virtual machines for remote users; LAN, SD-WAN and VPN configuration (e.g. Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cisco AnyConnect); technical writing; IT purchasing, vendor management, project management; and working in regulated environments.

Craig is Apple, Jamf and Okta certified.
